Welcome to our 75 MILE 
"2025 Spring Fitness Challenge"

THE GOAL: Get outside to Walk, Hike, Jog, and/or Run a total of 75 miles between March 20-June 19, 2025

Getting outside and moving your body is crucial for both physical and mental well-being. Fresh air, sunlight, and movement can boost your mood, reduce stress, and increase energy levels. Regular outdoor activity—whether it’s a walk, jog, hike, or run—helps improve circulation, supports your immune system, and promotes better sleep. 

Here's how the "challenge" works....

1. Sign up on our Eventbrite Site

2. Optional: Order your T-Shirt and Sticker (T-shirt orders end on March 3 so you can have yours by the 20th)

3. Download the online Log Sheet (located below)

4. On March 20, start logging your miles walked, hiked, ran, or jogged

5. Send us pictures along the way for posting on our Facebook page

Walk
